Membership Requirements

  1. A valid Commercial Card or Chamber of Commerce Membership Card
  2. A valid manufacturing license issued by the Directorate General of
    Medical Equipment and Supplies

Documents Required for Membership

  1. Personnel insurance list
  2. Product catalog along with a sample company teaser
  3. Operating license
  4. Copy of the Commercial Card or Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate
  5. Product photos (JPG or PNG)
  6. Certificates and standards (CE, ISO, etc.)
  7. Copy of ID card / national card and photo of company managers
  8. Manufacturing license from the Directorate General of Medical Equipment and Supplies
  9. Knowledge-based certificate (if applicable)
  10. Company logo file (PNG)
