Pouyan Tebb Hegmataneh Industries Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2002 in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone of the United Arab Emirates with the aim of providing commercial services for medical and sports products and equipment. Shortly thereafter, relying on the expertise of its management and staff, the company succeeded in obtaining representation of two well-known and reputable American (EXACTECH) and Spanish (LAFITT) companies in the field of medical equipment, as well as two prominent Taiwanese companies (SEG and KUG WAY) in the field of sports equipment.

Given the Iranian nationality of the company’s shareholders and their desire to transfer the company’s credentials and activities to an Iranian legal entity, despite maintaining a commercial office abroad, the company’s head office was officially registered in early 2006 in Iran, in the city of Hamedan. Initially, the company was established to provide commercial services and specialized and subspecialized medical services in Hamedan Province. By obtaining authorized representation from major and reputable medical equipment companies in Iran—such as Tehran Arkak, Dahi Tebb, and Pars Orthopedic Industries—the company gradually became one of the most successful providers of medical and surgical services, offering the latest orthopedic and spinal surgery products and technologies in Hamedan Province and subsequently across western Iran.

With the gradual expansion of its scope of activities, the company sought and obtained representation from additional foreign manufacturers, including companies from Germany, Spain, France, India, and Turkey, thereby further demonstrating its capabilities. As its international and domestic networks expanded, the company also entered the field of hospital equipment, achieving notable success—particularly in the equipping of hospital operating rooms—and leaving a strong and positive record of performance in hospitals throughout the region.
