Danesh Pajouhesh Fajr Knowledge-Based Company was established in 1995 in Tehran with the aim of preserving the cold chain and improving the storage of blood and blood products in Iran. By leveraging experienced engineers, dedicated staff, and specialized departments, the company has developed unique capabilities in the manufacture of equipment for biotechnology, biotechnological research, agricultural sciences, blood transfusion laboratories, hospitals, and the food and pharmaceutical industries, all with strict cold-chain preservation.

Participation in international exhibitions and the signing of cooperation agreements with Germany and Sweden have contributed to improving product quality and advancing the company toward export markets. By producing more than 11 products for the first time in Iran, this organization enabled the country to become self-sufficient in equipment for the storage of blood and blood products.

Among the company’s notable products is the CO₂ cell culture incubator with rolling bottle system, which is used in the production of anti-cancer drugs, recombinant medicines, insulin, and Factor VIII. This device was manufactured for the first time in Iran. In 2013, at the “Science to Practice” Festival of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, this product was selected as a nationally distinguished project. Currently, more than 6,000 units of Danesh Pajouhesh Fajr’s products are in use across the Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization, hospital blood banks, and research and academic centers.

• Expansion of production capacity for laboratory refrigerators and freezers for the storage of medicines, kits, and plasma for the treatment of terminal patients

• Upgrading and updating CO₂ cell culture incubators with rolling systems for COVID-19 vaccine production

• Increasing production capacity of −86°C, −80°C, and −70°C deep freezers for vaccine and sample storage
