Harir Iran Glove Company was established in 1977 through private sector investment with the objective of specialized production of various types of industrial and household latex gloves. The company rapidly succeeded in achieving a distinguished position in the production and supply of high-quality gloves.

With the adoption of a modern organizational management approach and the implementation of development projects during the 1990s, a significant turning point was achieved in enhancing both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of Harir Glove’s production. These development initiatives were designed in line with the company’s organizational policies and with the aim of eliminating the country’s dependence on imports of various types of gloves.

The superior quality and distinctive features of the company’s industrial and household products are the result of the continuous efforts of Harir’s experienced workforce in delivering premium products under leading and reputable brand names. With the commissioning of advanced glove-knitting machinery in 2013, the production of fabric safety gloves with durable coatings suitable for heavy-duty applications commenced and was introduced to the market under the well-established “Ostadkar” brand.

Knowledge-based management, consistent quality, customer orientation, and consumer satisfaction have laid the foundation for the sustainable development of this organization in recent years.

As a result of this growth, the company has successfully obtained internationally recognized quality management certifications and, for the first time in Iran, has initiated the production of sterile medical gloves in collaboration with Sonnheim Medical® Germany.
